REFUND & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Don't like your item? No problem.
You can return your item in between 14 days, excluding swimwear/bikinis.
Please note: due hygienic reasons, you can not return swimwear. This means the bikini's and the one pieces are non-refundable. You can of course return the other items!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Lovella Bikini for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
The full set must be returned (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the e-mail address used to order the bikini
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Lovella Bikini cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have an office based in Canada, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Return Authorization number to you!
NOTE: You have 14 days to send back your bikini once we provide you with Returns Authorization number.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS AUTHORISATION # WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-3 business days
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-3 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
